COVID-19 Update

We hope you and your family are keeping while during this time. In response to the coronavirus, we wanted to let you know that we have taken the following steps:

All employees, where possible, are working from home. Our customer service team is in full operation working remotely; they can be reached at info@tilecircle.com or (212) 920-4601

Fulfillment staff are still processing orders, but we have reduced our operation to increase social distancing. In our warehouse, only one person is working at a time. In addition, we are regularly cleaning and disinfecting our shipping stations. We are committed to maintaining full pay for all of our team through this period.

This means that orders might take a little while longer to get to you.

We also recognize that you might be changing your plans for any home projects; either taking advantage and doing smaller jobs sooner, or delaying larger jobs. If you have any questions about ordering timelines, or exchanges & delays in your existing orders, please let us know. We remain committed to being a flexible supplier of tile products for your needs
